Rule 12B
Salary Allowance to be Received in Case of Suspension
If an employee is suspended as a result of a transaction in connection with the work of a staff committee, he shall receive only half of his salary allowance throughout the period of that suspension. However, if the allegations are not proved and he is cleared, if he received half salary allowance during the period of suspension, then it will be cut and if he did not receive it, he will get the full salary allowance and salary increase. If he is found guilty, he will not get the remaining salary allowance from the date of suspension.
